“I am a retired contractor from Vancouver who moved to Kelowna a few yrs ago. I purchased a newer home that is full of very technical audio video equipment. Beyond Audio Inc. supplied & installed the equipment, when the home was first built. We have never had a breakdown on anything major with their products the only time a problem arose is from a power surge or something had to be rebooted or I pushed the wrong button. If I send a text or make 1 phone call, I can honestly say that each time Ive gotten a quick response & someone either tries to talk me through it to bdef if going myself or someone is dispatched to rectify the problem . These guys are unreal! The level of customer service that they supply in this day and age is a rarity. I would have no problem to ever recommend Beyond Audio Inc to anybody .
