What we collect

When you contact Beyond Audio through our website, by phone, or in person, we collect the information you provide — typically your name, email address, phone number, project address, and the details of what you're asking about. We don't set marketing cookies and we don't track you across the web.

What we do with it

We use it to do what you asked us to do — reply to your message, design and install your system, send you an invoice, support you afterward. We never sell or rent your information. We don't send marketing emails to people who haven't asked for them.

Where it lives

Inquiries you submit through the contact form are emailed to our team at beyondaudio.com (Microsoft 365). Project information is stored in our internal project management system, in QuickBooks for accounting, and in D-Tools for system design records. Each of those is encrypted at rest and access-controlled.

Cookies & analytics

This site uses minimal first-party analytics to understand how the site is used. We don't use third-party advertising trackers. We don't share data with ad networks.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to show you what information we have about you, correct it, or delete it. Email phoenix [at] beyondaudio [dot] comand we'll respond within five business days. We'll need to verify your identity before acting on the request.
