A Control4 retrofit across a waterfront home — opening up zones, adding theater, upgrading lighting to Lutron RadioRA 3, and bringing audio to every room from kitchen to dock.
The home was beautiful but the technology was a mismatched collection — three different remotes, no whole-home audio, lighting that hadn't been touched since the build. The client wanted one system, one app, one feel.
We pulled out the legacy systems and built a clean Control4 backbone with Lutron RadioRA 3 lighting on top. James Loudspeaker in-ceilings throughout, an outdoor zone on the dock, a great-room theater anchored by a 16-panel Just Video Walls install with MadVR Envy processing.
