A complete Crestron-driven integration across 14,000 square feet of desert architecture — theater, motorized shades, lighting scenes, climate zoning and a full outdoor entertainment build.
The client came to us during framing — exactly the right moment. We designed the system around the architecture, not the other way around. Every wire pulled before drywall. Every keypad placement coordinated with the interior designer. Every speaker grille blended into the ceiling plan.
The control layer is Crestron throughout — one platform handling lighting, shading, theater, outdoor audio, pool, gates, and climate. A single touchpanel in the great room sets the mood for movie night; a small Horizon keypad at the master bedroom door closes the house down for the evening.
The dedicated theater is the heart of the home. Anthem AVM 90 processor, AudioControl Apex amplification, Focal speakers tuned to the room, motorized acoustic panels behind the screen wall. Multiple seating tiers, blackout shades, even the air handling redesigned for silence.
